The things changed in the teen behavioral scripts are so dumb that the status changes make it impossible to make a properly working mod regarding the sex mod for teens, and I think this will be in experimental forever. I don't think this is worth the trouble and luck roll. Like I said this worked for me only once for several attempted new games. If it was in your household then you don't need to do those steps (adding and removing) your teen now is free from school, doesn't have anything to do, and is probably ready for you.

I found a workaround but it only worked 1 time out of 10 new save games attempts.
